Responsible Gaming
at jlhp
Gaming on jlhp is meant to be fun — a way to unwind, feel the excitement of a live baccarat round, or root for your PBA team. When it stops being that, we want to help. This page explains every tool and resource available to you.
Gaming is Entertainment,
Not a Financial Plan
At jlhp, we take responsible gaming seriously — not because it's a regulatory checkbox, but because we genuinely care about the players on our platform. Most of our players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond play casually and within their means. But gambling does carry real financial risk, and for a small number of players, it can become a problem.
The jlhp responsible gaming framework is built around one simple principle: you should always be in control of your gaming, not the other way around. That means having the right tools available at any time — deposit limits that kick in immediately, self-exclusion that genuinely blocks access, and session alerts that remind you how long you've been playing.
jlhp operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Our responsible gaming policies are aligned with the standards expected by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators, and we review and update our framework regularly to reflect current best practices in player protection.
Your Player Protection Tools
Every jlhp account comes with these five tools built in — no request required, no extra steps. Access them anytime from your Account Settings.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your jlhp wallet. Once you hit your limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately — no waiting period, no override. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes during a losing session.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum net loss you're comfortable with over a set period — daily, weekly, or monthly. When your accumulated losses reach the threshold you set, jlhp will automatically suspend further play until the period ends. Like deposit limits, reductions apply immediately while increases carry a mandatory cooling-off delay.
Session Time Alerts
Choose a maximum session duration — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or a custom value. jlhp will display a full-screen reminder when you reach that time, showing you exactly how long you've been playing and giving you a clear prompt to take a break. The alert requires an active acknowledgment before you can continue.
Self-Exclusion
Request a voluntary account suspension for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, login is blocked, all promotional emails are suppressed, and your account cannot be reactivated until the period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact jlhp Support directly.
Reality Check Prompts
During any active gaming session, jlhp can display periodic on-screen pop-ups showing your current session duration, total bets placed, and net position for the session. These prompts are designed to cut through the immersive nature of live casino and slot games — giving you a factual snapshot of your session so you can make a clear-headed decision about whether to continue.
24/7 Welfare Support
jlhp's support team is trained to handle responsible gaming concerns — not just technical issues. If you're worried about your play patterns, you can reach out via live chat any time of day or night and ask to speak with a welfare-trained agent. We can help you activate any of the tools above, provide a cooling-off period, or connect you with external support resources.
How to Set Your Limits on jlhp
Setting a deposit limit or activating self-exclusion on jlhp takes under two minutes. Here's how.
Log In to jlhp
Access your jlhp account at jlhp.cam on any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop. No app download is required. The responsible gaming tools are accessible from any browser.
Open Account Settings
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu. All responsible gaming options are grouped under the "Responsible Gaming" tab.
Choose Your Tool
Select the tool you want to activate — deposit limit, loss limit, session alert, reality check frequency, or self-exclusion. Each option has a clear description and a configuration form.
Confirm & It's Active
Enter your preferred value and confirm. Restrictions take effect immediately for decreases and suspensions. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address as a record. That's it — you're protected.
Strictly enforced across all jlhp games, features, and payment channels. No exceptions.
The 21+ Rule Is Non-Negotiable
Under applicable Philippine gaming regulations, online gaming is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. jlhp enforces this strictly — every new account must complete KYC verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID before the account is fully activated.
During KYC, your date of birth is verified against your submitted ID document. Accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending further verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed.
Parents and guardians: please use parental control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gaming platforms. If you believe a minor may be using a jlhp account — including one registered in your name — contact jlhp Support immediately so we can take appropriate action.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Recognizing the early signs makes a real difference. If any of these sound familiar — whether for yourself or someone you know — it may be time to use jlhp's tools or seek support.
Spending more money on gaming than you planned — or more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
Chasing losses by depositing more after a losing streak, hoping to "win it back."
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to cut back or stop playing for a period.
Thinking about gaming constantly — planning sessions during work hours or family time.
Borrowing money, selling possessions, or using bill money to fund gaming deposits.
Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gaming.
Playing longer than intended — logging in for "just 30 minutes" and still being on the platform hours later.
Using gaming as a way to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or problems at home or work.
Gambling affecting your relationships, work performance, or physical health.
Feeling like you need to gamble with increasingly larger amounts to get the same level of excitement.
Quick Self-Check
Answer these five questions honestly. They're not a clinical diagnostic — just a quick pulse-check to help you reflect on your current gaming habits.
1. In the past month, have you ever deposited more money into jlhp than you originally planned to for that session?
2. Have you ever chased a loss — depositing more to try to win back money you already lost?
3. Have you ever felt the need to hide how much time or money you spend on jlhp from people close to you?
4. Has your gaming ever interfered with your work, studies, sleep, or family time?
5. Do you feel in control of your gaming habits — playing within your budget and stopping when you planned to?
Regulatory & External Support
jlhp operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. If you need support beyond what jlhp can provide, the following context may be helpful.
PAGCOR & Responsible Gaming
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines. PAGCOR maintains responsible gaming standards that licensed online gaming operators — including jlhp — are required to implement and uphold.
PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework sets minimum requirements for age verification, player protection tools, and operator conduct. jlhp's responsible gaming policies are designed to meet and where possible exceed these standards. If you have a complaint about jlhp's responsible gaming practices that has not been resolved through our Support team, you may escalate your concern to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.
Support Resources in the Philippines
If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, several organizations in the Philippines provide confidential support and counseling services. Mental health and behavioral health centers in major cities including Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Quezon City offer free or subsidized counseling for gambling-related concerns.
The Department of Health (DOH) maintains a national mental health hotline for Filipinos experiencing behavioral health challenges. Local government units (LGUs) in many areas also provide social welfare services that include support for gambling-related financial and family difficulties. Do not hesitate to seek help — reaching out early makes a significant difference.
