1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlhp ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service, feature, product, or content made available through the jlhp website at jlhp.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, "the jlhp Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking any confirmation checkbox presented during sign-up, logging into an existing jlhp account, or otherwise making any use of the jlhp Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them together with the jlhp Privacy Policy, the jlhp Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform at the time of your participation.

These Terms take effect from the date of your account registration and remain in force for the entire duration of your relationship with jlhp, including after the closure of your account where obligations survive termination.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

jlhp is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jlhp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend your account pending age verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jlhp is lawful in your jurisdiction. jlhp is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. If you are accessing jlhp from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you must not use the Platform. jlhp does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where such services are illegal.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jlhp at any time. Operating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one jlhp account — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, jlhp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and forfeit all balances. You must notify jlhp immediately if you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated throughout your use of jlhp. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. jlhp may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

2.5 KYC Verification

All jlhp accounts must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before a withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted forms of ID include a driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Philippine passport. jlhp will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours of receipt. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may have their deposit functionality restricted.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlhp account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jlhp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jlhp immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised. jlhp will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such a notification.

All activity conducted through your jlhp account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jlhp of unauthorized access prior to the activity in question.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on jlhp are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. jlhp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your jlhp wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.

jlhp does not accept deposits from credit cards issued by financial institutions that prohibit gambling transactions. It is your responsibility to verify whether your card issuer permits such transactions. jlhp will not be liable for charges, fees, or penalties imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits made to the Platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your jlhp account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

jlhp aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified GCash accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable banking hours. jlhp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 unless otherwise stated. jlhp does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Responsible Deposit Use

You agree to use only funds that you personally own and that are not derived from criminal activity. jlhp's compliance team monitors transaction patterns and may report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlhp offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins credits, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the respective promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a jlhp account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, contribution rates per game type, and bonus expiry period are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each jlhp bonus is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. jlhp reserves the right to deny, withdraw, or reclaim a bonus if it determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms rather than play in good faith.

5.3 jlhp's Right to Amend Promotions

jlhp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively in use, unless the promotion has been suspended due to a technical error or abuse concern.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the jlhp Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing. jlhp recommends reviewing game rules — accessible via the information icon within each game — before wagering real funds.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jlhp's servers, the server-side result shall be conclusive and final. jlhp's records of all bets placed, game outcomes, and transactions are the authoritative record for all purposes.

Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, browser crashes, or interruptions to live casino streams — during an active game round do not automatically entitle a player to a refund of their stake. jlhp will review each reported incident individually and apply a resolution consistent with the game provider's malfunction policy. jlhp will not be liable for third-party internet service failures beyond its control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlhp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jlhp account, whether personally or through agents, for any purpose including bonus abuse.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the jlhp Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting known software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to generate winnings.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks with your payment provider while retaining the benefits of the deposited funds. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Money Laundering: Using the jlhp Platform to conceal, transfer, or launder funds derived from illegal activity. jlhp is obligated under Philippine law to report suspected money laundering to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Threatening Behavior: Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at jlhp staff or other players via any channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

jlhp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that for most players, gaming on jlhp is a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income. We take our obligation to minimize harm seriously.

8.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlhp account holders free of charge, accessible from your Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your jlhp wallet. Limits take effect immediately when decreased; increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications displayed on screen when you reach a chosen session duration while playing any game on jlhp.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, login is disabled and promotional communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net position during an active gaming session.

8.2 21+ Age Restriction

jlhp enforces a minimum age of 21 years strictly. Any player who suspects that a minor may have accessed or be using their account must notify jlhp Support immediately. jlhp encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlhp Platform — including but not limited to the jlhp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of jlhp or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlhp Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jlhp Platform without prior written consent from jlhp.

Game content — including slot machines, live casino interfaces, and sports betting displays — may be subject to additional intellectual property protections belonging to the respective game providers. Unauthorized reproduction of game content is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlhp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jlhp Platform — including losses resulting from gaming outcomes, technical failures, payment delays, or unauthorized account access resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.

jlhp does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors, or that any technical issue will be resolved within a specific time frame. jlhp will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

jlhp's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount you deposited into your jlhp account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlhp's liability for death or personal injury caused by jlhp's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

jlhp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with jlhp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and KYC documents — is used for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming purposes.

jlhp will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations. 12 Account Suspension & Closure

jlhp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if jlhp reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Compliance with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a lawful order requires account action;
• The account holder is, or is suspected to be, a minor;
• Account activity presents a money laundering or fraud risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the account holder, jlhp will return the remaining verified balance to the account holder via the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time frame.

You may request closure of your jlhp account at any time by contacting Support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed before the account is fully deactivated.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jlhp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlhp will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the jlhp Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the jlhp Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The version of these Terms most recently published at jlhp.cam/terms-conditions shall be the authoritative version governing your use of the Platform at any given time. Archived versions are available from jlhp Support on request.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to jlhp's customer support team for informal resolution. jlhp will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents jlhp from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
